you win by having a lich, confessor, and skirge familiar in play, keep dicarding to skirge to make mana which lets you gain 1 life, but you draw instead, this allows for a gigantic life drain...it needs help to be sped up though, i usually takes like 6 or 7 turns to go off...

I think the deck needs a no-mana option to start drawing cards:

Nourishing Shoal + Autochthon Wurm

and definitely needs Night's Whisper as draw.
You can cut Culling the weak and its creatures and make space for Sickening dreams(winoption) and soul spike/more suicide carddraw
