Here's the decklist:

Lands (26):
2x Plains
5x Forest
6x Island
1x Flagstones of Trokair
4x Gemstone Mine
4x Terramorphic Expanse
4x Safe Haven

Creatures (13):
2x Mystic Snake
2x Krosan Cloudscraper
4x Timbermare
3x Akroma, Angel of Fury
2x Vesuvan Shapeshifter

Spells (21):
2x Prismatic Lens
4x Temporal Isolation
3x Harmonize
4x Cancel
4x Search for Tomorrow
4x Momentary Blink

Sideboard (15):
2x Mystic Snake
1x Akroma, Angel of Fury
2x Vesuvan Shapeshifter
2x Draining Whelk
4x Serrated Arrows
4x Dodecapod

Basically, the deck drops either the Akromas, or Cloudscrapers as morphs and then uses either blink or safe haven to flip them over very early on. Timbermare is probably the most effective win condition in the deck, because you get it out one turn then you can blink or safe haven each turn to keep getting five damage in per turn. Timbermare also saves you against very fast aggro decks because you blink on their turn to tap out all their creatures. When you happen to have a very slow hand and are unable to get out any of your game winning beaters or timbermare out, the Cancels and Mystic Snakes (great synnergy with mystic snake and blink) help you stay in game until you can pull a creature out.

The decks biggest problem is that it's lacking in removal, and the Temporal Isolations don't seem to be so effective. Maybe snapback or something would be more effective?

The sideboard also is kind of weak (sideboarding was never something i've ever been good at). Not really sure what to use for what matchups.

Against other decks, the only decks that it's had any trouble with were U/B Teferi, and B/R discard (against the discard deck I didn't have dodecapods in board so i don't know how it goes with them sided in).

I would appreciate any kind of feedback, especially constructive criticism. This is my first real attempt at constructing an original deck, I Isually just draft.

Very Happy

Thanks in Advance.

As much as the White Akroma is better than the red, the white akroma doesn't have morph so there's a four turn difference between the time I can get them out. Not to mention, I'd have to hardcast the white Akroma and I'm not running that much white so getting the three white out to play white Akroma wouldn't be easy. Not to mention I'd guarantee myself to be completely tapped out so you they can counter/drop teferi/ whatever they want while flipping red akroma i can do eot.

The problem is, regardless of mana investment, your Akroma is a 2 card combo in order to get it out. If they do anything to disrupt your Momentary Blinks (Extirpate is pretty good, I hear) then your Akromas are relatively useless 2/2s with no way for you to hardcast them or unmorph them.

Krosan Cloudscraper can be chumped every turn, if you can get it unmorphed. Shapeshifter has nothing to copy when it unmorphs, because when it flips over it only steals "When this creature is turned face up" abilities. Thus, this deck just seems like a really convoluted deck that revolves around Momentary Blink to work, and seems rather underpowered if you don't actually get Blinks or if they deal with them somehow.

My two cents.

Not true. With the gemstone mines and prismatic lenses I have actually unmorphed the red akroma and won. Extirpate is very annoying, but the the safe havens provide an alternative to blink that is much more effective against decks running Mystic Snakes or cancels, not to mention teferi.

You can't just assume that the shapeshifter has absolutely nothing to copy. TsP block is a very creature heavy format and i've only seen one person play a deck based on using an alternative win condition like disintegrate ( which died to a krosan cloudscraper and a shapeshifter that copied the cloudscraper on turn 6).

Shapeshifter is also very helpful vs. Monoblack Aggro, it lets you copy a black creature to take advantage of all the bad moons, or copy one of their shadows in order to block.

Even without blinks, timbermare is still a very powerful card. It's prity much a direct five damage unless it's countered, since it's a 5/5 which is just above sudden death, or any burn spells.

If possible I'd prefer if people could give me advice on how to IMPROVE the deck rather than just why you think it's so bad.

If i add two mountains that would give me fairly consistent red, so if I do that should I add in hellkites too? that would give me another win condition but at the same time hellkites don't have to the potential to played as fast as any of the other cards in the deck and might be dead weight against aggro decks. Any opinions?
