I can't play in the master so i'm posting this. This is no ordinary Landstill, it does have man lands has the kill condition but there is a combo that spells "I win". Here it is.
//NAME: Landstill
3 Flooded Strand
5 Island
4 Tundra
4 Volcanic Island
3 Brainstorm
4 Isochron Scepter
4 Fire // Ice
4 Swords to Plowshares
2 Stifle
3 Arcane Laboratory
4 Arcane Denial
4 Force of Will
4 Counterspell
4 Faerie Conclave
4 Mishra's Factory
4 Standstill
SB: 2 Ghostly Prison
SB: 2 Misdirection
SB: 4 Chill
SB: 3 Teferi's Response
SB: 4 Chalice of the Void
The combo is Isochron Scepter with Counterspell or Arcane Denial on it + Arcane Laboratory = Counter everything while beating opponent with manlands.
My sb: Chalice is for burn and sligh, Chill and Ghostly Prison is for goblins. Teferi's Response for Wasteland and ld (specifically terrageddon, sry Laplie ). Misdirection is always useful.
Flame on! |

I think that you could use either Nev's Disk or Akroma's Vengeance for mass removal here, as well as Wrath of God. The idea of a lock involving ScepterDenial and Arcane Lab seems all right, but there is quite a bit of artifact hate in Legacy that can be sneaked in while you are low on mana.
Chalice in the SB is situational...set it too low, you screw yourself, set it too high, and it will be virtually useless when you truly need it. I think it might be good against that Kobold deck (play it for 0 and watch them enter scoop phase!!)
If you REALLY want to try and lock them into no spells, you could always use the incredibly unlikely combo involving a flipped Erayo and Arcane Lab....but that itsn't very competetive^^
Other than that, it seems like a very good build. |

ty ^^. Nev Disk could be an option, has of Chalice of the Void it will always be set to 1 for sligh and burn. |

The problem with orim's chant is that they can play instants and if I have arcane lab out I can't play another spell to counter. |

couterspell on a stick is not a "I Win"
Most decks in the format can handel that, its just hella annoying. Your build dosnt look bad, but it just looks like normal ls but worse. |

counterspell on a stick is jut an annoying nuisence. Throw a good card then destroy that shit. simple as as hell or simply throw a good card then a better card.
My personal opinion is that sticks are nothing but noob cards. They are used because you can't think of a real way to win. |

Ianrobbins and Firemasterx, you two are both retards...
Its pretty hard to win a game when you can play one spell per turn and they can counter it with scepter. Especially if the scepter has arcane denial on it. It makes the likelihood of the counter back-up very very great. |

put arcane laboratory in sb,.... not in main deck because it isn't good all time, like any fast deck will take advantage and after you couldn't do anything... just play a normal landstill deck they are good in any situation, personnaly I play a UW...
isochron is too sensitive in 1.5:check my personnal deck

To defend myself we are talking about scepter counterspell, not with lab/rule of law. I said most decks in the format can handel iso with a counterpsell on it, please learn how to read. If you want to call us retards over the fourms, please do it via pm, also you can msg me anytime to play 1.5 and we will see how well your lab/scepter combo works |
