Whenever Filthy Cur is dealt damage you lose that much life.

Sacrifice Icatian Moneychanger: You gain 1 life for each credit counter on Icatian Moneychanger. Play this ability only during your upkeep.
By far, the worst creature ever. This thing is even worse than Norin the Wary. |

| idk about the worst, but somehow in a 5 player free for all game, someone played a timeshifter. Um it got too confusing we went out and bought 25 of them, and made a fire outside of our school one day, very small and burned them. |

| timesifter says 5 for an artifact at the beggining of each players upkeep remove the top card then whoever had highest time walks. but with top its really good. |

Target creature loses protection from black? Wtf?
...but really, the Moneychanger hits you too, so it's pretty much worse as well.
Giant Slug is pretty bad too.
