This is a deck I've been working on
// Lands
18x Swamp
2x Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
// Creatures
4x Blood Pet
4x Basal Sliver
4x Seizan, Perverter of Truth
// Spells
4x Cabal Ritual
4x Innocent Blood
4x Howling Mine
4x Night's Whisper
4x Consume Spirit
4x Corrupt
4x Underworld Dreams
// Sideboard
4x Leyline of the Void
3x Duress
4x Infest
2x Cabal Therapy
2x Cranial Extraction
It's bassically a monoblack deck withquite a bit of mana accelereation that uses effects that make both players draw cards along with Underworld Drams, and then usually finishes the game with Corrupt or Consume Spirit. I've tested it quite a bit, and it works fine, defeating decks like Tron and Flow many times(leyline of the void is incredible against Tron, and also against Loam). However, I'm worried about stuff like No-Stick and some aggro decks.
any advice? |

| I can't see how leyline of the void is incredible against tron. It's not like they only win by mindslaving you............ |

No, but that's the only strategy in that deck I simpl can't defend against. Generally Corrupts, Consume Spirits and Inocent Bloods buy me enough time against Tron, but once the mindslaver hits the table, there's just nothing I can do except hoping that mabe the oponent will die to Underworld Dreams or Seizan before he figures out how to finish me. |
