Yes, you can; Reiterate is an instant, and it copies a target instant or sorcery. You may choose new targets for the copy. While you won't stop an opponent from drawing three and discarding two or one land card, it never hurts to be a copycat. ;p Especially with buyback.
Edit: Yipe, mistook what he was asking. =) But again, the response is "Yes", I think. The copy doesn't care whether or not it's a sorcery or an instant; the fact is that Reiterate is an instant, that copies that particular spell. ;D |

| Thanks for the quick response...I was also wondering if you can copy a counterspell while its on the stack? Lets say he tries to remand, can I reiterate and I end up countering and drawing? |

yes, uberman, you can copy the Remand while it is on the stack, just as long as you don't during the resolution of Remand... and you may also "Remand" his Remand and draw a card if Reiterate or the copied Remand isn't countered. |

reiterate, like izzet guildmage puts a copy of the targeted spell on the stack. so it doesn't matter if it's a sorcery, since you can have multiple sorceries on the stack at the same time (not normally, obviously).
storm also does that. |

Thanks, but I got to give credit to Mtgkid though.. he s the one that decklisted that... that caused kind of err I don't know how to call that... noise ? |
