I created a UR Counter-Burn with the cards I had, the deck is pretty competitive but doesn't follow any given format specifically and runs no double-colored lands. Here's the decklist:
Creatures
2 Mogg Fanatic
3 Flametongue Kavu
4 Arc-Slogger
Spells
4 Boomerang
4 Counterspell
2 Daze
3 Mana Leak
4 Memory Lapse
3 Lightning Bolt
4 Shock
4 Incinerate
3 Pyrokinesis
I'm not sure how many Mountains and Islands I should put in, and I'm too lazy to do it now... I have a few more cards I was considering that didn't make the cut, but that maybe you guys can get me to change. Please note that I have a very restricted cardlist and no budget whatsoever
2 Genju of the Spires
4 Frostling
3 Thirst for Knowledge
4 Echoing Truth
3 Dissipate
4 Pulse of the Forge
4 Molten Rain
4 Stone Rain
4 Slith Firewalker
The deck used to be a mono-red control/Sligh/Ponza build but I wanted some change and found that blue was the way to go. Comments are welcome. |

I guess the format would be 1.5 though... 'cause of the Incinerates... |
