As some might know, I play decks around Nefarious Lich for years now. Soon, some PTQ's are coming..and I'm going to participate there. In order to have other matchups then the mirror tided, i definitely need a better sideboard.

The Maindeck is maybe the best current solution, possible changes can be done: in Duress, out anything.

For the Sideboard:
While the MU's against aggro decks are usually favorable for me, the deck has big problems against Controldecks, especially those countering. Because of this, I think I can cut the Explosives and maybe Pithing Needles to add Xantid Swarms ?

He's my fave "bad card" ever. I just play him main in MBC then cut him after g1, leaving them with dead naturalizes.

Pardon me if I'm missing the point here but what's the winning condition? Beating with The Wurm?

you remove the wurm to shoal for 15 "life" which instead draws you 15 cards, you play the scrying for whatever their life is, and by the time you do this, you have plenty of "life" (cards in hand)... i used to play overgrown estate/lich/scrying combo back in the day... so much fun but so susceptable to disruption
