Hi, right the subject tells i was wondering if Planar Chaos is already legal in the mini tournament of ML. Is it?  |

| It is legal if the judge who makes the mini says it is. Unless specified, the set is not legal until it is legal according to the DCI |

For sanctioned play under DCI rules, PC becomes legal at 20th February.
Until then, here it has to be specified as tournament with PC in order to be legal on that tournament. |
