do u pay the replicate cost after the original is resolved or do u pay for the original and the replicates at the same time and they all go on the stack at the same time?

u pay for the replicate at the time you pay for the cost.... so like for shattering spree, you can pay 4 red mana into it, then it goes onto the stack, and 4 permanents are targetted then.... then there is chance for effects while it/they is/are on the stack

Replicate is played like Buyback or Kicker or Splice. You must announce all extra costs as you play the spell.

So I assume even if you counter the original Shattering Spree, the copies will still take effect?
