| iwant to create a hightide deck around sway of the stars and cerebral vortex, my current list is just a bunch of ideas and not worth listing but if ne one could help that would be greatly appreciated. |

Maybe it's just me, but a combo which costs 8UU + 1UR = 9UUUR is quite unplayable in Vintage.
Unless you can think of ways to play them for free or greatly reduced costs? |

| Maybe you missed the High Tide part of the deck... But yeah, it does sound unplayable. |

| High Tide or no, I don't see it being very playable because of how slow it would be, unless you use Mind's Desire, which then of course there are better options to win with. |

| High Tide requires you to have a lot of Islands in play. That means that it doesn't work in Vintage. Combo decks can't wait until turn 3 or 4 to win; that's when the control decks are winning. |
