Draw a bunch of cards,

City of Traitors, Mox Jet, Yawgmoth's Will

Get back Lotuses back, play Skirge Familiar, proceed to discard cards and play/replay Soul Feast and Rhystic Siphon until your opponent is dead.

Not really a first turn KILL as much as a first turn WIN. I was at regionals playing Joshie Green. I was playing against a Tooth and Nail deck. I go:
Turn 1: Forest, Jukai Messenger... He scooped. Lol Pretty halarious!!!

Lotus petal, lotus petal, mox diamond (discard island), mana vault, tolarian academy, tap academy for UUUU, windfall, draw 7 cards, twiddle the academy to untap it, tap the mana vault for 3, play scroll rack - tap the academy for UUUUU and play Mind Over matter. discard a card to untap the academy, tap the academy for UUUUU, discard a card to untap it, tap it for UUUUU and play timespiral, untap the academy....

play meditate or any other draw spells you have untill you can generate enough mana to force your opponent to draw his deck via stroke of genious. (btw, the turn 1 kill doesn't work w/o twiddle)

Turn one drop Mox sapphire, mox jet, island, play helm of awakening,play sensei's divining top, then drop another top, cycle through th tops a billion times, then cast brain freeze with the island. gg
