|
|
Im playing Skeletal Vampire (When it comes in to play put 2 1/1 tokens) and then my opponent suddenly casts Lightning Helix and put it on the stack targeting my Skely and then he says that Skely will be dead and no tokens shall be made. I have actually no idea about this cause im just piloting my friends deck and my first time playing with skeletal vampire.
Is he right? |

When Skeletal Vampire comes into play, put two 1/1 black bat tokens w flying into play.
The bats ability goes on the stack
In response he plays helix on the vampire since it has to be in play for the bats ability to trigger, and the vampire dies as the helix resolves, and then the triggered bats ability resolves, leaving you with only 2 bats, and 6 wasted mana. |
