No rares = no good mass removal = you should play storm.

Red Rareless Storm.dec

Maindeck:
4 Seal of Fire
4 Shock
4 Coal Stoker
4 Seething Song
4 Rite of Flame
4 Empty the Warrens
3 Ignite Memories
4 Frenzied Goblin
4 Rift Bolt
4 Mogg War Marshal
18 Snow-Covered Mountain
3 Mouth of Ronom

Sideboard:
4 Stone Rain
4 Skred
2 Phyrexian Ironfoot
4 Cryoclasm
1 Ignite Memories

Ignite Memories will be very good against anyone who's trying to play some sort of "big creature" deck, while Stone Rain and Cryoclasm on sideboard will keep them off of their large drops. Anyone running lots of small things you should be able to keep their stuff off the board with your small targeted removal spells, and once you make a ton of tokens with Empty the Warrens, you can attack for a ton. The Skred and Phyrexian Ironfoot are to board in against anyone who is playing a medium-range deck - though I can't imagine what they'd be playing. This format seems fairly limited in decks that actually would be good that you could build...Ogre Gatecrasher might be a viable sideboard option if enough people go the "I'm going to play Thallids and sit behind Thallid Shell-Dweller the entire time" route. I'm not sure what to say other than good luck getting that Ipod.

BW Aggro/Discard, no rares.

3 Mortify
4 Last Gasp
2 Faith's Fetters
4 Castigate
3 Griffin Guide
1 Phyrexian Totem
3 Orzhov Signet

4 Plagued Rusalka
4 Ravenous Rats
3 Shrieking Grotesque
4 Nantuko Husk
2 Ronom Unicorn

4 Terramorphic Expanse
3 Orzhov Basilica
1 Orzhova, Church of Deals
9 Swamp
6 Plains

Sideboard
1 Shrieking Grotesque
3 Cruel Edict
2 Faith's Fetters
3 Circle of Protection: Red
4 Stromgald Crusader
1 Griffin Guide
1 Ronom Unicorn

This is more or less totally random, and I have no idea what sorts of deck you would need to sideboard against in a format like that, but there you go. Disruption + Clock = probably fine

OR perhaps this

4 Boros Garrisson
9 Mountain
8 Plains

4 Lightning Helix
4 Volcanic Hammer
4 Seal of Fire
4 Rift Bolt
2 Blaze
4 Griffin Guide

4 Scorched Rusalka
4 Knight of the Holy Nimbus
4 Amrou Scout
1 Amrou Seekers
3 Benalish Cavalry
1 Zealot il-Vec

Sideboard
4 Stone Rain
4 Cryoclasm
2 Avalanche Riders
3 Ronom Unicorn
2 Amrou Seekers

Boros Rebels...This deck is probably horrible, but again, hard to build good decks with absolutely no rares/shifted cards in standard.
