Are there bugs in the complex search filter?

I was looking at the Dark Depths card and then did a complex search looking for "ice counter". The only cards that show up are Rimescale Dragon, Rimefeather Owl, and Woolly Razorback and not Dark Depths itself. Can anyone duplicate this behavior?

Also, are there any cards that remove ice counters?

Thanks,

Haytrid

You can find it if you search for " ice counter" instead of "ice counter" (note the addition of a space in front of ice counter). This glitch happens sometimes, for example if you search for "in all graveyards" in type 2, Magnivore will show up but Mortivore won't (and neither will Avatar of Woe) unless you add a space in front.

As for stuff that removes ice counters, you could use Clockspinning in type 2, or in extended you could go for Chisei, Heart of Oceans. And in casual, you could use Giant Fan. That's pretty much it for removing or moving around counters on permanents, however.

We'll I tried it with the space in front of it several times and it came up with the same result as without. I also tried your example of "in all graveyards" and " in all graveyards" and also came up with the same results. Does it just not work right?

Hrm. I'm not sure - on mine the same thing you originally described happened before I added the space in front, but afterwards it was just fine.

Perhaps its broken. You could always try using the Simple, Apprentice-like Filter...Question

Yeah I also had some problems before. Searching for "gain, life" in t2 didn't show me loxodon hierarch. (did show helix etc)

Simple search didn't come up with it either. When I edited the record and deleted all of the text except for "ice counters" it showed up on the search. When I pasted the original text back in it immediately disappeared from the search, even without rerunning or refreshing the search. I don't have any answers but nothing worse than building combos and not getting all the available cards in the list to consider.

Aether Snap
If anyone ever used Clockspinning + buyback on Dark Depths I'd laugh so hard.

Or if you set it to search for commons and/or uncommons, it brings back certain rares along with the others.

MWS search is so horrible, the apprentice one is better even though it has less options (probably why it actually works).

Apprentice search/deckbuild + MWS gameplay = do it ok

yea i build all my decks on apprentice and load them to mws. MWS has more options but is annoying and takes longer to load up and shit and is gay and the copy//paste thing sucks
