I played in a Block Party tournament yesterday playing U/G Crystal Witness from Mirrodin Block. Someone brought RWG Slivers and wrecked me, it was embarrassing. A very good deck in a format with so little mass removal.
Anyway, for mono-colored decks, look how good WW could be!!
Icatian Javeliners
Sidewinder Sliver (maybe)
Knight of the Holy Nimbus
Soltari Priest
Serra Avenger
Celestial Crusader
etc.
For spells you have Temporal Isolation and GRIFFIN GUIDE... you could splash red for Rift Bolt and other stuff or blue for Psi Blast...anyway I think WW would be awesome and cheap to make, the only rare I mentioned above was Serra Avenger |

Like they said, your going to have to wait for the format to devolop.
However, WWu looks really good. Its going to be the deck to beat. With a lack of mass removal, or any really good small removal spells except for the sudden shock and sudden death and strangling soot. Control decks will probably be small(All in Black and Red)
On the other hand Blue only has 8 counterspells to choose from. And there is no deck that looks crazy good like affinity this time around.
Its going to be alot of XX/x splash decks. Probably no 3 color decks without using Terramorphic Expanse. The lack of any kind of dual land will actually make a presence. And everyone will be looking for gemstone mines. Green will probably play the leading role in a deck using search for tomorrow and other search cards.
Anyways this is the list ill be testing.

I have been testing this r/w build and it seems to run somewhat like BDW in t2. So far it is pretty agressive and with board can handle any deck I have seen so far. I have thought about perhaps boarding hivestone in case of slivers but I am not sure on that theory yet.

| The slivers are deadly; notably sedge sliver. Try RB or RBG. |
