What deck would you pilot for extended at Worlds?
I'm currently trying to get an OwlingMine-esque deck ready for a local Extended money tourney, so I'd probably use that. If not that, I'd probably make ExtendedBlink Control |

BDW is always a solid choice, ravager affinity if you're newer to the game as it's easy to play, rock is always overly stable and a good beat to atleast get you to an even record.
Personally, make dumbredburn.dec and take it to your opponent's face |

| Lets get one thing clear. Affinity has NEVER been easy to play to full compasity. I've heared this ever since i played it back in the day, and went undefeated for 2 months at my local store, then i would watch people pick up the deck and get stomped. The reason that people say it is easy is becasue you can play the deck to 65% and still win. Im willing to bet that few players in magic could pilot that deck to 100% of what it can do. |

I completely agree. Sure, someone unfamiliar with the deck can pick it up and win a couple games, but the deck has far more depth than drop creatures and swing. Many games my opponent thought he would win, I did some thinking, math, etc and then prevailed the winner. |

| Affinitah! That's what I'd play. It's the nuts. Also, believe me, it was even harder to play when Vial was legal. |

| When Affinity was T2 is was "easy" to play because of Disciple, I mean you could win the most random games because of drawing one. At the same time it was "hard" to play because skill often determined the mirror and everyone good played Affinity. |

Affinity is a deck that is misunderstood. I played this deck forever in 3 formats and have come to the conclusion. Affinity is a deck that is very very easy to play. However, it is one of the hardest decks to play well. Good affinity players should have no trouble winning against almost any matchup simply because the deck can function flawlessly if played correctly, however if it isn't and the player is new or subpar the deck will give them the answers and they will not play it correctly, I have seen this over and over again. Affinity is also a deck that when running things like disciple you have to be careful and do the math because there are so many different ways the turn can go. I have had to deal 16 points in the mirror before on turn 4 in order to win and I have done it but it takes skill in order to caculate all the odds and do it correctly.

| Friggorid went 6-0 and got into top 8 and a top 16er went 5-1, so I think it will still be a force, it even got 2 MODO top 8s afterwards. It's really consistent and now with Wild Mongrel and Firemane Angel SB tech it's great. |
