Condemn...totems

If I attack with a negator totem and he blocks with watchwolf, can I put damage on the stack and condemn the totem in resp to sacrificing trigger so I do not have to sac 3 permanents?

if you do it in resp to the sac trigger, then yes you would have to sac your cards. but if you do it before the trigger is on the stack (with damage on the stack) then yes it would work

do it with the damage on stack, and not the trigger!
