If I play Momentary Blink on my Crypt Champion, do I have to sacrifice it when it comes back into play? Is the same true for Court Hussar?

The true question here is, when it came into play, did you spend red mana to play it?

Yes. Whenever Crypt Champion, Patagia Viper, or Court Hussar comes into play from anywhere besides your hand, you get to use its effect, but the creature will die because no red was spent for its cost. This will happen regardless of whether or not you paid red mana for your Momentary Blink or whatever other spell you used to put it into play. Since you didn't pay the cost for the creatures, logically you couldn't have paid red mana (or blue or white) mana for the creature either, and therefore it is sacrificed.

The most notable example of this happening in recent T2 play is with Debtor's Knell and Court Hussar.

Remember though, that the sacrificial trigger is a triggered ability, so if you for example have the Flashback-mana open (or other Blink in hand), you can get another activation out of the ability through Flashbacking in response to the trigger.
