Its been quite a while since i bothered foruming something, however i've been trying to get a jump on extended and have some ideas which i'd love for people to comment on.

Here is a Typical List of Rgw Aggro Loam

1 Barbarian Ring
1 Bloodstained Mire
3 Forest
4 Forgotten Cave
1 Mountain
1 Nantuko Monastery
1 Sacred Foundry
2 Stomping Ground
1 Temple Garden
4 Tranquil Thicket
1 Windswept Heath
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Birds of Paradise
2 Loxodon Hierarch
4 Terravore
4 Werebear
4 Wild Mongrel
4 Burning Wish
3 Life from the Loam
4 Lightning Helix
4 Seismic Assault
3 Thoughts of Ruin

1 Loxodon Hierarch
1 Life from the Loam
1 Thoughts of Ruin
1 Firebolt
1 Hull Breach
1 Morningtide
3 Naturalize
4 Pithing Needle
1 Pyroclasm
1 Shattering Spree

Now, i'v had alot of success with this deck in my testing group, but there are some cards which i can't understand are ommitted and another card i believe to be much superior when it matters to wild mongrel.

Solitary confinement is broken. That is not disputable. If it resolves about 1/2 the the deck in the formats have no answer and even if they do have to find one before they die. I fully believe it warrants a 2x MD Spot and 1x Sb spot.

Wild Mongrel is amazing. In madness that is. In this deck i can't totally see why he was in the original build. I mean with loam and lands he's basically a 5/5 mongrel, who is solid vs aggro and is a discard outlet for loam. But that being said i don't think he helps the matchups that need helping. The problem cards for this deck are by far Isochron Scepter and Leyline of the Void, with tormod's crypt coming close. My suggestion is to cut the mongrel's which never did enough for me and run viridian zealot which has been amazing.

1 Bloodstained Mire
3 Forest
4 Forgotten Cave
1 Mountain
1 Nantuko Monastery
2 Sacred Foundry
2 Stomping Ground
1 Temple Garden
4 Tranquil Thicket
1 Windswept Heath
4 Wooded Foothills
4 Birds of Paradise
2 Solitary Confinement
4 Terravore
4 Werebear
4 Viridian Zealot
4 Burning Wish
3 Life from the Loam
4 Lightning Helix
4 Seismic Assault
3 Thoughts of Ruin

2 Loxodon Hierarch
1 Life from the Loam
1 Thoughts of Ruin
1 Firebolt
1 Hull Breach
1 Morningtide
2 Naturalize
3 Pithing Needle
1 Pyroclasm
1 Shattering Spree
1 Solitary Confinement

Is my suggestion. Feel free to comment and hell even flame i don't care, just be helpful.

I think wild mongrel belongs in this deck. He's not just good in madness, hes good in everything. I had this deck on modo for awhile and it seems to play slowly the first few turns of the game. Mongrel is good to have to discard loam to or your gonna be even slower when you have to caast loam and get 0 or 1 land for it. Plus he can make your opponent second guess when blocking terravore or forced to make unfavorable blocks on him. He's also HUGE late game when you have loam going. I'm not sure about confinement, its probably just a win more card in this deck. What do you really want it against? Boros? Boros is already a very good match up and confinement isnt great vs control decks. And its basically a dead card without loam. By removing mongrel and adding confinement you're making the deck rely even more on getting the loam engine going to win. I'm not sure how zealot is going to stop a scepter...they will not play a scepter if u have him in play, they will just kill him first with wrath/fire/helix. If he's not in play, theyll play stick and you locked with him in your hand. :/

That's my list, and there is definately room for improvement. I have considered confinement in the SB for aggro, but the SB is TIGHT. I'd like to have a devastating dreams and definately a nostalgic dreams in the SB, but finding things to cut is a bitch.

Meh. Morningtide really doesn't scare me that much, and you can adjust the maindeck to handle wretch/crypt by adding Pithing Needle and maybe be okay.

Meh.
