When I play a storm spell and the effect triggers can I remand it back to my hand to cast it and trigger the storm effect again?

yes you can. The copies are made not on resolution but on just playing the spell (forgot what that was called). So the storm spell will make copies, and when you remand that spell back to your hand, the copies will still play out. Next time you play that storm spell, if you play it on your turn, you get more copies thanks to the remand and the copies made from the first playing.

No, the second storm will not be affected by the first storm. The copies are not technically "played" so they do not add on to storm count. Everything else was correct though.

Ah, sorry. I was stupidly thinking of Mind's Desire and how it upped your storm count. Forgot that that was for the spells played with the Desire. Stupid me.

wait, what? im so confused.... it does too work that way... if you have played 4 spells so far, then play desires, the desires will now be on the stack 5 times, if you remand the desires to your hand, it will still go off 4 times, then if you hit 4 playable cards, and play them, then replay your desires, it will go off for 9 now, original 4 from earlier, 4 from your desires, and now another desires being played.... am i wrong?

Can I counter the storm ability with a Voidslime (or Stifle)? Is it a triggered ability which triggers when the spell is played?

I have been playing Minds Desire with Remand, so I have had to ask these questions, before.

Stifle and Voidslime both counter the Storm trigger.

Yes you can Remand then main copy and return it to hand; the Storm copies will still be there.

Just don't try to Remand a Flashback card like Moment's Peace and expect the card to return to hand. This is a bit esoteric, but the Flashback is a self-replacement effect and will trump the Remand's replacment effect, so the Flashed-back card will be RFG (I checked this with a level 4 judge).
