Creatures 20
3-Experiment Kraj
3-Cytoplast Root kin
2-Cytoplast Manipulator
4-Coiling Oracle
3-Plaxcaster Frogling
4-Birds of Paridise

Spells 17
4-Remand
4- Voidslime
4-Repeal
2-Magewright's Stone
3-Cytoshape

Land 23
4-Breeding Pool
4-Yavimaya Coast
2-Cimic Growth Chamber
7-Island
6-Forest

I did not have time to make up a side. It really could use something but its a start for what you want. I thought the Stone would play well with both the Manipulator and Kraj. Cytoplast Root Kin is the real beef in the deck and could keep pressure of the Experiment. Try it out and tell me what you think.

Here is a deck list i just made i played a deck quite similar to this before it didnt do bad but its a bit slow. The good thing about this is that Chisei,Heart of the oceans let your Hibernations end outside cause you remove a counter and add one so you can search for four manas or for five. Depens on how the you let the abilities go on the stack. Kaho, helps get the rid of the things from your enemy, same counts for Stomphowler. Meloku and Loxodons are pure killers(Loxodon also for life and to save your creatures). And dont forget to take Kira owner glass spinner with Hibernations end at 3 cause it protects your creatures. If combo did go off its quite nice.

Creatures
3 Loxodon Hierach
3 Coiling Oracle
1 Kaho, Minamo Historian
2 Indrik Stomphowler
4 Sakura-Tribe Elder
1 Meloku the Clouded Mirror
3 Ohran Viper
2 Chisei, Heart of Oceans
1 Kira, Great Glass-Spinner

Spells
4 Hibernation's End
2 Repeal
4 Remand
2 Boomerang
4 Senseis Divining Top
2 Hinder

Lands
4 Simic Growth Chamber
2 Island
3 Forest
1 Plains
4 Yavimaya Coast
4 Breeding Pool
2 Hallowed Fountain
2 Temple Garden
