Problem getting into Chat Room

Hey, I'm a n00b on this site, running into a problem. When I try to enter the chatroom, the chat window comes up blank except for that little white box in the upper left hand corner with a red X in it (the kind you'd see for a broken jpeg).

Any ideas on whats causing this and what I can do about it?

What Operating System are you using? What Internet Browser are you using, Is Java installed?

The most likely thing is that you didnot install the applet yet. When you first enter the room, you must have been asked the question to trust the download and such
Try to reload the page, and if that don't work, clear your browser cache and reload again.
If that all don't work, I advice you to download the irc client mirc (see the guides section). The server or choice is irc.solidirc.com, channels are #magic-league, and #workstation and #draft4you. type /j #channelname to join the channel.
