What happens when two different players have an annex each enchanting a land?

In case you mean when 3+ players are involved, let me explain.

Player A's island is annexed by Player B.

Player C annexes that same island.

End result: Player B steals Island from Player A, then Player C steals the same land from B.

Clarified?

Basically to make it simple, whoever played the "newest" annex gains control based on the timestamps of the enchantments.

Timestamp is used whenever multiple continuous effects try to do mutually exclusive things. The most recent continuous effect overrides previous ones.

You can't Annex Annex. Annex reads "Enchant land".
LMAO that's Annex 3 times in a row!

Permanents you own, means only the cards that are actually your cards, so no you wouldn't get his land back.

No, annex targets once. It never double checks to reset itself each turn.
