Converted cost of mana

For an activated Mishra's Factory, is its converted mana cost 0 ?
Can it be destroyed by a pernicious deed at 0 ?

Since Mishras factory is creature and land, (and artifact) it will be catched by Pernicious Deed. Now, since every permanent, card, spell and token have a convertes mana cost
Mishras Factory also has to have one. If nothing specified, the cmc of an object is Zero.

So regardless of the value of x of the Perni. Deed activation, an activated Mishras Factory will be destroyed.

Yes, It would be destoryed by paying 0 for the Deed.
