Correct me if I'm wrong, but currently in T2 we have the Kamigawa block, the Ravnica block, Coldsnap and 9th Edition, haven't we?

So when Time Spiral becomes legal, the Kamigawa block rotates out?

October 20th is when Time Spiral is legal, although it is available in stores on Oct 6th or 7th I believe.
