hmmmm....so being how the forums are reset, their is no topic on this...so i'll be the first to post one.

White Weenie is an awsome deck and of course their are two versions: Equip and Matrix

And well I personally belive matrix is the best so heres my version:

// Land
1 Mikokoro, Center of the Sea
1 Eiganjo Castle
18 Plains

// Creatures
4 Leonin Skyhunter
4 Lantern Kami
4 Suntail Hawk
3 Hokori, Dust Drinker
3 Isamaru, Hound of Konda
4 Paladin en-Vec
4 Auriok Champion

// Other Spells
3 Damping Matrix
4 Raise the Alarm
3 Chrome Mox
4 Glorious Anthem

No SB yet...but basically its your standard Matrix build.

I am partial to my build.I took it to regionals and it only lost to a draw-go style MUC deck.

4 savannah lions
4 lantern kami
4 suntail hawk
4 leonin skyhunter SB
3 isamaro 4 pithing needle
4 auriok champion 3 hokori,dust drinker
2 8 1/2 tails nexus 3 terashi's grasp
4 glorious anthem 1 sword of light and shadow
3 steelshaper's gift 1 sword of fire and ice
2 bonesplitter 1 manriki gusari
3 umezawa's jitte
1 sword of fire and ice 1 steelshaper's gift
1 manriki gusari
4 chrome mox
15 plains
3 blinkmoth

The sideboard was kinda "meh",but as for maindeck and the needles I was pretty happy with how it performed.
If only MUC wasn't my last match, would have top eighted.
My deck owns the above,in my opinion.

I prefer equip weenie with pithing needle but that's probably cause i don't run that many lands.

hmmm, either way both decks have obvious merits.
My deck happened to end up smashing face against a ld version of red and a rdw version. I also managed to rape TWO tooth and nails decks(I expected them to be impossibe), a beacon green deck(normal one) and a blanchwood buil aswell as a mbc deck(I think it had clouds but playing them never came up for him).I lost to a scrubby black aggro deck thanks to a rough misplay as the first match and went undefeated til the blue deck which won the british columbia regionals.
I was pretty satisfied with how my deck did, considering there isn't much either build of white works can do to it.
Beacon green would also have been a hard matchup with the other build, thanks to blue urza being rampant there.
People were using stupid duplicant/kiki "tech" in their tooth decks instead of meh/trisk,which probably explaing how I beat tooth(though pithing is a nice fast answer to that).
Don't get me wrong I like both decks, but I think which "build is better?" is a silly question to ask outright, both decks perform better in different metagames...though matrix seems far better with the metagame here.

I've tried both and I'd have to say that the Matrix version is better. The equip deck either relies too much on the equipment or so little its not worth even playing them. Matrix helps big time vs. RDW, vs blue, black, Tooth. Plus it only hurts the pumping of Nexus (it can't pump itself).

Here's my build:

17 Plains
3 Blinkmoth Nexus
1 Eiganjo Castle

4 Savannah Lions
3 Isamaru, Hound of Konda
4 Lantern Kami
4 Suntail Hawk
4 Leonin Skyhunter
3 Auriok Champion (only because I can't get a fourth...)
4 Samurai of the Pale Curtain

2 Chrome Mox
4 Damping Matrix
4 Glorious Anthem
3 Shining Shoal

Sideboard:
3 Defense Grid (can't find Pithing Needles)
3 Hokori
4 Terashi's Grasp
2 Worship
3 Umezawa's Jitte
