Is there a way to create buttons in MWS that perform simple actions (like drawing a card). I was on a magic forum and someone said something like hitting the -10 life button. I usually just right click and pick draw a card or untap, ect. But I was just wondering if it's possible.

I don't think so, the -10 life is just rightclicking on your life box and clicking -10

No way to make your own buttons. Here's a guide to pretty much everything in MWSPlay:

double-clicking on the "draw step" icon draws a card (and moves you into first main phase.

BONUS: double-clicking on the untap step icon untaps all your permanents and moves you into the upkeep step.

Errmm... Right click on the library symbol lets you "draw X cards..." And this is also good because if you need to "undo last draw [X]".....X will be more than the last card of the ones drawn.
