This may be a very stupid question asked by a very stupid person, but I'm just seeing if this is correct. If it is, I'm going to make a deck around it. Here's the question:

I have a Thrumming Stone and a Momir Vig in play. I play a, lets say, Llanowar Elves. Can I stack the Thumming Stone's ripple ability first, then the first ability of Momir Vig so I get to put a llanowar elves on top of my library and then Ripple it into play? And also, this is a thing I am almost sure of, is Momir Vig's second ability optional?

Yes, that works in the way you describe. And the second ability is not optional.

Thank you. I thought so, because the first ability says may, and the second doesn't.
