I seem to remember it has something to do with simultaneously performing an action on the same card by both players. I think you can find more on that error on either the mws site boards, or on mwsdata.com.

Could be, I figure it would be something like this (experience from project GO):
Player1 creates something (either by loading a deck or making a token)
Player1 destroys that same thing, mostly token going bye bye, thus freeing memory used by that object
"at that same time" Player2 wants to target that object.
Now, without enough savety checks in the code, you might end up looking up that same object in the memory, but you will find nothing, causing an error when you want to perform an action on that chunk of memory..
