| Another thing, I was wondering if I should take out the Aqueduct for more lands and signets. |

| ninjas+ auras= anti-synergy. If you're gonna be bouncing creatures ninja-style, you dont want there to be things that'll fall off when bounced |

| I usually never replay a ninja. Once I ninjitsu it into play, via Plague Beetle, Nezumi Cutthroat and Dimir Infiltrator I use Infiltrator's Magemark to keep them hitting. |

You have way too many ninjas. Creature enchantments are the worst, especially Unholy Strength. Removal and counters are good.
I would revise to something like this:
4 Ravenous Rats
4 Nezumi Cutthroat
4 Dimir Infiltrator
4 Festering Goblin
4 Ninja of Deep Hours
2 Mistblade Shinobi
2 Okiba-Gang Shinobi
1 Throat-Slitter
4 Mana Leak
4 Remand
3 Boomerang
4 Last Gasp
4 Dimir Aqueduct
8 Swamp
8 Island |

writ of passage is probably better than magemark for a ninja deck for two reasons:
you can use the forecast ability to avoid being 2-1'd by opposing removal and thus reuse it on whatever creatures your opponent hasn't killed.
it costs a single blue to hardcast, and magic is all about getting the most bang for your buck. Draw writ in multiples? Don't hold them all to forecast, throw one on a ninja and swing while holding back sufficient mana to counter your opponents next play. |

| The thing about Writ of Passage is that you can mimic its function with a far superior card, like Last Gasp or Boomerang, which both not only clear the path, but also don't lose you tempo. You shouldn't need to dedicate slots in your deck merely to pushing through Ninjas. |
