Server?

Is the server down, or is it just me? My internet is working, but not the chat room.

looks like starfleet is down too

I even can't get on their site, so it looks like they have big problems at the moment.

When in mirc, try this: /server 83.246.119.91 this should connect you to starfleet irc server.

I got confirmation from the ircops on solidirc, their nameserver is temporarily down, this means that there is no way to connect to servers using their names. The only way to connect, is using the ip adress of the server you want to log on to.
In fact the only IP you want to know is the ip of starfleet.solidirc.com
To connect to the server type the following:

/server 83.246.119.91

This also works when using java chat and get connect: null

works for me, go to chat and play rooms, and connect, when it says "cannot connect null" just copy it into the text box.
