I really liked the old pump knights. Are these as good? Definitely comparable.

Id say there better, though first strike and flying is a tough call, I think the evasion ability has better synergy with the decks they will see play in.

I like the old ones better. I think first strike is much more useful than flying. However, it's about damn time we see pump knights again.

pyro also kill hand of honor and hand of cruelty is the same...but I think hands are better...

these are good, but... 1 toughness is really gonna hurt these a lot.

electrolyze, frostling, Jitte, saproling tokens, and rusalka all kill these guys. 1 toughness makes a hell of a lot of difference sometimes.

These are good and will definitely see play, however, i'd rather have first strike pump knights than these.

These are Balanced! they make for a replacement to the hand's but with flying. they will still be good. flying is hot.

I agree that the Hands are better, but these guys are pretty darn good. First off, they're uncommon which is great. Secondly i think jumping is better than first strike as evasion is always relevant, whereas first strike is only sometimes relevant. The pump cost is a little steep at 2 colored mana but overall very well designed and balanced

I think The original Knights and Hands are better But these arn't bad at all they can block Big Black/White flying guys like Kokusho/Yosei even though theyre rotating out soon I'm sure there be others that these dudes will do good against.

Pump knights are definitely better than the Hands. Early game, Hands are slightly better, but late game the knights are much better. This could be debated to the death, but the fact is that both pairs won't be standard legal for very long anyway.

What's interesting when comparing to the old ones is with these you have to give is flying before you attack. With the old ones, if I have my timing correct, you could attack, wait for blockers to be declared, and before combat damage you could choose to give it first strike. It's just something to note that you're forced to spend the mana on evasion when you attack.

That's true, but Flying is also a much better ability than First Strike.
