Time Spiral)))
Time Spiral is a Magic: The Gathering set, codenamed "Snap". Time Spiral will be released October, 2006.
Note: Some of the information on this page has not yet been officially confirmed. However, sources in the Magic community, normally regarded as reliable for spoilers of upcoming sets, confirm it.
Keyword abilities from past sets are rumored to return. These rumors are the result of leaked R&D playtest cards from Time Spiral. One of these cards doubled the effect of Flanking, while another was a direct reprint of a creature with Morph. Wizards of the Coast sued a member of the site that posted these playtest cards, as well as forcing the site to take the images down, both which lent authenticity to them. However, they were playtest cards, and playtest cards are very early versions of cards that may be altered or removed from a set during development.
In the storyline, Teferi finally returns the lands he phased out during the Phyrexian Invasion to Dominaria. However, this is creating time ripples which threaten Dominaria.
In February and March of 2006, Wizards of the Coast held a "You Decide!" tournament to determine the most popular Legendary creature card. After the tournament was over, the article "You Decided!", which declares the Legions card Akroma, Angel of Wrath the winner of the tournament, hints that there is a "big surprise" in October. This surprise is rumored to be a reprint of Akroma, Angel of Wrath. However, normally sets are established long before six months from the release, which is the timeframe if Akroma is in Time Spiral, so this rumor is very likely to be false.
Also, invitational attender Tsuyoshi Fujita was voted to have his card, Unluckyman's Paradise, printed in this set.)))
Planar Chaos)))
Planar Chaos is an expansion set, codenamed "Crackle," from the trading card game Magic: The Gathering. It is scheduled for release on February 2, 2007.)))
Future Sight)))
Future Sight is an expansion set, codenamed "Pop," from the trading card game Magic: The Gathering. It is scheduled for release on May 4, 2007.
