When the next block comes out... I think that occurs October 20th, but I am not sure that's just what I've been told.

uh wrong. or suppose to be .. states wont even be over by the 20th and kamigawa suppose to be here at these states.

Time Spiral becomes legal on Oct 20th, thus rotating the Kami block out. One of the main appeals of Statewide 'Champs' tournies is it is the first semi-large event to include the new set and not have the last block. Wide open meta, y'know?

I know its usually a set comes out and its legal on the day of states or around there.. but I thought coldsnap was pushing it back.
