I have a friend who has a domain deck and after seeing this (obv PV made top 3 cuz he is a beast.) I was wondering if anyone thinks it has potential/changes they would make.
also would like to hear what PV has to say about his pile. |

Like I told PV...
Fire/Ice is worthless in this deck. There's no Scepter, and many better options.
Vindicate > Putrefy.
Restraint doesn't need to be a 4-of MD.
Bringer of the Black Dawn is probably better than Blue in this deck.
Deed needs to be upped to at least 3.
Energy Flux can be dropped for more Putrefys, Coffin Purge, and Restraints from the MD. I don't think Gainsay is necessary. |

I don't think that it's viable. If it is, it probably isn't that list. I haven't tested at all, so everything that I'm about to say is completely in theory. I may be completely off base, but I don't think that I am.
2 FTKs seem random, as does 1 Allied Strategies. The win conditions are weak. Decree of Justice and even Ordered Migration are better than any Bringers.
What do you do against Ichorid beyond hoping that their hand is slow? Therapy will rip your Restraints, and you're left with less than every other deck has.
And what about CAL? Your only relevant plays against them are Duress and Global Ruin. Duress isn't enough to ruin them, nor is Ruin without pressure.
What are the good matchups? Do you beat other control decks with consistency? |
