U/G/r tempo or U/G/b tempo

what do u guys think about U/G tempo wit a splash of red or black?

the core of the deck would be something like this...
4x vinelasher
4x plaxcaster
4x cytoplast rootkin
4x plaxmanta
4x remand
4x bop ( not completely sold on this )

now i dont kno if i should splash black or red... its obviously able to be done wit this block..
black could add

4x bob ( which is makin me lead towards black becuz this is just redicilous )
4x elves of deep
4x putrefy
4x dimir cutpurse
4x last gasp

the red could add
4x char
4x tin street hooligan
4x seal of fire

basically just lookin for advice..
it seems like block is mostly control decks so im not sure this deck could def survive.. it does however look like it could be a force..

You're forgetting Demonfire for red. It's an excellent card choice for a late game win.

You can add Ribbons of Night and Rolling Spoil as well if you are splashing black. I like the Red splash a bit more I think, you can also splash for BTS, but it's about even I guess. I wouldn't want to play Seal of Fire or TSH in this deck, rather something like Electrolyze.

well for right now i think U/G/b would prolly make this deck best...
i actually had spoils and ribbons both in the sb for now.. just because im not sure where this deck is headed.. thanks form the suggestions
sad that a guest is giving the best contributions on the board.
this board sucks.
