I need a nice budget deck that can keep up with the tier 1 decks for around $100 .

heartbeat with no trans sb.

only rares you need are

maga
heartbeat of springs
maga

and no dual lands.

I went with owl xD that only costed 100, 10 for the regular cards, 90 for 4 shocklands 3 painlands worked fine but that was pre honolulu prices

heartbeat , Owling Mine , Eminent Domain are all cheap decks that can provide great results

gruul is your next best choice. no pain/shock lands but the same small creatures. Ape/dryad/scab/cloak/frenzy goblin/rulsalka/flames/seal of fire/volcanic hammers. you will need 8 slots to filler for the solifuge and bts. and no chars. be creative, like vishino sanstalk over solifuge as your haste/after wraith basher.

you might have to just settle to play one of those decks. i highly suggest emeinent domain....its really fun ot paly and i hate control decks

kfcman, the deck is god awful, in every way shape or form glare is better thats the problem with it

C-board, cmon, its not that bad. It can beat every deck in the format. It just requires for their oppenent to mulligan to 0, get stuck on 1 to 2 lands, get a gameloss, get a matchloss, get disqualified, etc.

Play Battle of Wits.dec,thats only a bit more expensive then you want, you only need all pain and shock lands and around 100 other rares, but thats it, then you have all the fun in da world Smile or maybe play biorhythm.dec i cost around 110€ with lands

play magnivore...
It costed me 30$ and i borrowed pain and duals lands.
And it can definetly keep up with the tier1...acctualy it is tier 1 Very Happy
