well, my thought would be more than one milling card, since it's a mill deck and all.

Do you wanna play a league match w/ that? J/k .. BLACK is a must. Mono-U only works w/ 30 islands and 30 boomerangs.

I really dont see how this deck has a chance of winning a game.

You have nothing to stop a resolved creature, except for bouncing it. One you run out of counters and bounce, youre basically dead.

well, it does alright so long as you can play morphling, masticore and some decently-costed hard counters... heh.

I understand what you're trying to accomplish here. It's really hard to make a draw-go deck in this format, I've made several attempts. Traumatize/Glimpse/Twincast/Muddle the Mixture is probably the best way to go about doing what you're trying to do. Maybe black for Last Gasp/Edict/Hideous Laughter. It's imperitive that the deck dosn't miss a land drop, so you have to play pick-up lands. Compulsive research sucks ass. I hate tapping out for it. Court Hussar is really good if you wanna play white, too. That's what you need is a shit-load of cantrips. Side in like Flash Counter and Remove Soul or Exhaustion. Maybe you can play Izzet Guildmage if you play red. I guarantee you'll never make this a tier-one deck, but if you know your deck and you're matchups and what you have to do against every deck, you yourself can win with it. Good luck.
