2 ninja of the deep hours
3 Stinkweed imp(gets me monsters in their graveyard, where my ink-eyes wants them)
4 dimir infiltrator (helps get ninjas out)
4 nezumi cutthroat (same purpose as above)

spells: 20
4 psychic drain (gives me health while milling and potentially putitng creatures into their gravehard)
4 last gasp
4 convolute
4 induce paranoia
4 clutch of the undercity

yes, as you can see theres only oen rare, my ink-eyes, and damn was that card hard for me to get my hands on. i'm quite poor for cards and can't afford rares that much. also some commons which i know would be great i can't find. i can't find mana leak, hinders, or throat slitters. so if anyone can have any suggestions for this deck using commons, or uncommons, i would greatly apprichate the help.

I totally understand your situation. However, Stinkweed Imp and Ink-Eyes do not interact together at all, except that the Imp flies. By looking at your list I'm not sure where you really want to go. If your going for a Reanimator styled deck using Imp to get creatures to the graveyard, I suggest Zombify and Vigor Mortis and Dimir Doppleganger(rare). Otherwise put some more Ninja of the Deep Hours in.

Moroii could be a great creature addition in your deck. Mana Leak and Remand are 2 of the best counterspells you get find in Standard + they are both cheap, you should get those and replace your convolute or something else. I know ninjas are hard to get at some placees (like here) but if you have the possibility to get 4 of those, do it. In some budget decks, there's an uncommon card in 9th edition that can win you games --> Exhaustion , take a look at it (maybe for your sideboard if you dont want it main deck). another 1 , cruel edict is also a "not bad" anti-creature. I hope this can help you

2 Moroii
4 ninja of the deep hours
3 Stinkweed imp(kills their creatures, if they block something goes to the graveyard where my ink eyes can take it if not i can ninjitsu it out for)
4 dimir infiltrator (helps get ninjas out)
4 nezumi cutthroat (same purpose as above)

spells: 20
4 psychic drain (gives me health while milling and potentially putitng creatures into their gravehard)
4 last gasp
4 convolute
4 induce paranoia
4 clutch of the undercity

i added 2 more aqueducts to help my drian out in the late game, i'll be needing the live i'll be suffering from moroiis. i've had too many close calls from my moroiis to know i need some sort of life gain.

Use Quicken for the Psychic Drain, at the end of their turn.. so you aren't tapped out.. much more efficient =)
