'allo people.
I've been trying to get this particular combo to work and so far this is what I've got-
Lands
7 Forest
6 Swamp
3 Overgrown Tomb
3 Llanowar wastes
2 Golgari rot farm
Black:
Spells-
3 Devouring Greed
3 Kiku's Shadow
Creatures-
3 Kiku, Night's flower
4 Will-o'-the-Wisp
3 Nezumi Shortfang
Green:
Spells-
3 Kodama's Reach
Creatures-
3 Birds of Paradise
3 Sekki, Season's guide
3 Carven Caryatid
Enchantments-
3 Doubling Season
Artifacts:
2 Teferi's puzzle box
3 Sensei's divining top
The combo is to get Sekki, Season's Guide out while Doubling season is in play so that it comes out with 16 counters on it (I checked with the judges, yes that works), and then play something like Kiku's Shadow or Kiku, Night's Shadows' effect to produce 32 spirit token creatures- and then use them all in one Devouring Greed to win for 64 damage and 64 lifegain. Everything else is to stall (Will-o-wisp) or draw cards (Carven) or to cycle through the deck (Teferi's box).
It doesn't work too well though. Any thoughts? |
