niv-mizzet control is a better version of the permission concept for the meta

i may work but you are missing something very important, the part when you can win aggro decks you may start control by second turn, but in your second turn will you have 2 lands? think about magnivore, in this time of the metagame you must think on good cards like disrupting shoal.

most of the people who play mag decks have recently begun to cease playin them bcuz there r more stable U/R decks in t2 god ur dense!

I disagree, when I played UWR, I did pretty well with winning many matches 1-0 or 1-1 on life (Lightning Helix you, time's up, lol). WUR is ultra slow, that's a fact.

anyways... no, there is no point in playing MUC. It wasn't even a great deck pre-Guildpact, and it didn't gain any new cards. Now it's a worse deck.
