Champ Decks

Next weekend a local cardshop is holding a "World Chapmion's Deck" tournament. The idea is you pick one of the preconstructed world champion decks and play it. The tournament runs normally after that, swiss with t8 afterwards.

I have two questions regarding the World Champion decks:
Where can i find a list of all the decks? some are on MWS and some are listed on wizards.com, but not all of them.
and...
Which deck do you think is the best? I'm not asking which is your favorite or which is the most powerful, but which deck would do the best in a tournament like this?

Personally, I like Kai's old Artifact based Wildfire. And I always thought Covetous Dragon was a trash rare... lol
