Hey all, here is a deck I made up after seeing the card Phyrexian Tyranny. (Not so) suprisingly, the deck of course revolves around that card, here it is:

UBR Tyranny

Land:
5 Island
4 Mountain
4 Swamp
3 Tainted Peak
3 Watery Grave
3 Tainted Isle
3 Steam Vents

Creatures:
4 Lore Broker

Spells:
3 Browbeat
4 Terminate
2 Teferi's Puzzle Box
4 Howling Mine
3 Consult the Necrosages
3 Stitch in Time
4 Cerebral Vortex
4 Crosis's Charm
4 Phyrexian Tyranny

The strategy is similar to Underworld Dreams, revolving around Phyrexian Tyranny and making the opponent hurt themselves through drawing too many cards. I usually try and get Howling Mine on the second turn, first turn being a land, and on the third bring out the Tyranny. The obvious problem of this deck though, is the lack of creatures, so decks such as RG Beats will beat it down pretty fast.

Creative critisism welcome, adivce is too. But don't go telling me that I suck and my deck is crap and all that, be nice, I don't make many decks.

I don't think there is much of a chance of this deck being sucessful but it might be fun to play. I myself like Niv-Mizzet and would play him in a deck like this so you have a little more fire power. Other options, why not put a couple owls in? Loose the stitch in time, its garbage. I would also loose the charms and I don't feel like suggesting anything better but lore brokers looking like a waste of space, there is something better out there in 1.x but since I am not building 1.x decks right now.....oh and I suck so if you read this you wasted your time.

well, ive thought about a deck that works on the "Draw-Kill" like your deck, however, i prefer to go the Control route, delaying the game to around 7th turn with counterspells and exaustions. As you can see, i play starstorm for the affinity/gobo/zombie/rg beats matchups which if you dont see the storm you die. The TaN matchup is great, i havent lost, due to the fact if you counter thier land spells, they cant cast anything to kill you. I've won 2 minis with this deck. Decks beaten: gobs, affinity, TaN( 3times), rg beats, and Cal. So, here it is, yall can rip it if you want, however, i know it wins, and if you pair against me in a mini, you will find out how good this deck is. Quick!

4 Thirst for Knowledge
4 Remand
4 Mana Leak
4 Counterspell
4 Curiosity
4 Electrolyze
3 Cerebral Vortex
3 Exhaustion
3 Starstorm
3 Niv-Mizzet, the Firemind
4 Shivan Reef
4 Steam Vents
2 Flooded Strand
3 Mountain
5 Island
1 Hall of the Bandit Lord
3 Forgotten Cave
2 Bloodstained Mire
SB: 3 Char
SB: 3 Feedback Bolt
SB: 3 Flames of the Blood Hand
SB: 3 Parallectric Feedback
SB: 3 Evacuation

Sideboard is transitional, into counterburn,
Feedback bolt -obv affinity
parallectric feedbac - tooth or desire
evac- also burn, anything aggro

rip away
and if you dont see my kill condition maindeck, then you are a noob.

FYI, Feedback Bolt is based on the number of artifacts you control, not your opponent.

So, you built a deck based around a worse version of Underworld Dreams that screwss you over, too? Don't forget that Howling Mine and Puzzle Box are going to slam you in the face.
