| if i target a legendary creature than replicate with mimeofacture, would the first replicated creature come into play sending the two legends into the grave yard AND than the thrid legend comes into play. or would the 2 replicated creatures hit play at the same time and sending all 3 legends into the graveyard? |

First one.
Consider Replicate as if you had played Mimeofacture and then cast Twincast on Mimeofacture. It doesn't create a simultaneous event, but puts a copy of the spell in the STACK.
So, the result would be this:
- Kokusho, The Evening Star is in play.
- You pay Mimeofactures casting cost and replicate cost. You announce both target Kokusho.
- This is the stack:
1* Mimeofacture target Kokusho.
2* Mimeofacture target Kokusho.
- Mimeofacture 1 resolves. A Kokusho enters play. State based checks see there are two Kokushos in play. Both players simultaneously lose 5 lives and then win 5 lives.
- Mimeofacture 2 resolves. A lonely Kokusho appears. |

Actually, this is incorrect.
The replicate copy of Mimeofacture will resolve, bringing the Creature into play. State based effects will kill both Legends.
Then the original Mimeofacture will get COUNTERED, because it's target is now illegal.
End result: You legend rule out the creature like you wanted, and you waste mana replicating the Mimeofacture. |

And I can attest to that.
My opponent did it to me on the Guildpact beta and thought it was a bug. |

Actually, the way mimeofacture is worded, it only targets when it's cast, it doesn't retarget afterwards.
Mimeofacture - 3U
Sorcery
Replicate 3U
"Choose target permanent an opponent controls. Search that player's library for a card with the same name and put it into play under your control. Then that player shuffles his or her library."
In this way, they both target the Kokusho in play, copy resolves, grabbing other kokusho, sending both to graveyard; then, mimeofacture grabs a second Kokusho since it was allready targeted.
If I`m wrong, will a judge please disprove me? |

This is not a case of last known information: the original Mimeofracture, when it comes time to resolve, is targetless because its target (locked in when played) is no longer legal (from being all dead).
Alternately, try ATN: Always Trust niknight. |

To clear things up:
When the first mimeofacture resolves you will get a Kokusho, then state based effects are checked, legendary, so both sent directly to the grave. Abilities resolve in reverse order, (not making a difference unless you are at less than 5 life) Then the 2nd mimeofacture tries to resolve, since targets are checked on resolution it has no legal target and is countered. |

| allright. Thanks for the clarity, like I stated earlier, I thought the 2nd would resolve normally since it was allready targeted. |
