Nowhere near enough lands, take out chandra and the hall for 3 more lands, get rid of hammerhand for lightning strike, and get rid of Titan's Strength for 2 more Magma Jets and 2 more Purphoros.

With nine cards at 3 mana and three at 4, plus the Stokes and five more 4-mana cards in the board, I would expect another 1-2 lands. (I don't know what you take out.)

Definitely keep some Hammerhands, as they're too good at pushing damage through against anything midrangy. Considering how good Magma Jet is with Chandra, I like the suggestion of -Titan/+Jet. Scry 2 is also a great way to find that third Mountain when you're only running 21 or fewer. Titan was probably better when you were running Seeker.

Your learning at a very rapid rate. Your analysis also seems spot on, if that's the approach you always take you will do well.
