We may have just had a multiple color challenge, but I want you to submit a wedge card.
As always less is almost always so much more.

T: Put a 3/3 green Beast creature token onto the battlefield if you played a land this turn. Then, put a 2/2 blue Drake creature token with flying onto the battlefield if you cast an instant spell this turn.
Then, put a 3/1 red Elemental creature token with haste onto the battlefield if you cast a sorcery spell this turn.

At the beginning of combat, you may discard a card. If you do, untap all creatures you control. They get +2/+2 and gain double strike until end of turn.

Hellbent - Creatures you control can't attack.

The immense surge of power generated by the chorus could not wash away the unease Tajic felt upon perceiving the underlying whispers.

An opponent reveals the cards in his or her library. Choose from among them a creature card, a land card and a noncreature nonland card and exile them face down. Then that player shuffles his or her library. You may look and play these cards for as long as they remain exiled.

Ok a few things about my submission: EDH/Commander missed some cool Commanders in those colors. There's basically a dumb goat that exchanges stuff and a weird dragon that no one ever plays.
Edit: Yeah and some 7/7 giant dude that attacks opponents randomly.

Both Niv-Mizzet's are really cool commanders for an EDH deck, but they lack fun because they always win with infinity-combos.

So here is my attempt for a Niv-Mizzet card that should show EDH play, not being overpowered and not being able to be abused with infinite combos.

The reduction of Niv's CMC from 6 to 5 might be a loss in flavour, but absolutely necessary. On the other hand, the addition of the color white is intentional.


Niv-Mizzet’s chastened Offspring 2RWU
Legendary Creature - Dragon [M]
Flying
Whenever Niv-Mizzet’s chastened Offspring deals combat damage to an opponent, draw a card.
Whenever you draw a card, you gain 1 life.
Whenever you gain life, Niv-Mizzet’s chastened Offspring deals that much damage to target creature.
