The challenge was

In Urza block, several things went wrong. Yawgmoth's Will, Tolarian Academy, Academy Rector, Tinker, Memory Jar, Gaea's Cradle. You know what I mean I hope.

Because this challenge asks for a

Green Sorcery that could been printed in Urza Block.
Can make broken decks or combos.

2. Total result of entries by name
3. Ranking, Top4

Stucco
Llanowar Pride................XGGG
Sorcery..........................R

Creatures you control get +X/+X and gain trample until the end of turn.

As the Phyrexian threat loomed on the horizon, the elves of Llanowar formed a united front; an all or nothing gambit against an overwhelming opposition.

I was looking for something more special than an Overrun

Total: 7/10

Dr_Moo
Circle of Life - 2GG (Rare)
Sorcery

Sacrifice any number of permanents you control. For each permanent sacrificed this way, return target card of the same type from your graveyard to your hand.

Flavor 2/2
Rarity 2/2
Wording 0/2
You have to announce targets before you sacrifice the permanents here. The card'd need functional rewording to work.
Balance 1/1
FlippiSpecialFactor 3/3
That's something I was looking for: A card that looks fair because it doesn't obviously make card advantage, but could do something broken.

Total 8/10

iSperia

Bears' Rampage - 2G
Sorcery (rare)
Put X 2/2 green Bear creature tokens onto the battlefield, where X is 1 plus number of cards named Bear's Rampage in your graveyard.
Some forests are filled with bears so much, that there is no chance that you will return from the hunt

Flavor 1/2
Doesn't fit into Urza Block. I can't give it 0/2 because bears though.
Rarity 1/2
Could easily be Uncommon
Wording 1/2
See wording of Accumulated Knowledge

3GG
Sorcery - Rare
Choose target nonbasic, nonlegendary land. Search its controller's graveyard, hand, and library for all cards with the same name as that land and put them onto the battlefield under your control. Then that player shuffles his or her library.

Effect is potentially devastating, but fair at 5 mana, see Plow Under
FlippiSpecialFactor 1/3

Strid3r
Rite of Growth G

Sorcery - Rare

Each player may search his or her library for up to two basic land cards and put them onto the battlefield. Then each player who searched his or her library this way shuffles it.

Arrgh! - Veteran Explorer

A card that looks fair, because it is symmetric (see Show and Tell), but then one side WILL take huge advantage of it. This is what I was looking for.

Total 9/10

ShamedShadow
Gaea's Calling 2GG

Sorcery [Rare]

Search your library for a creature with power less than or equal to the number of Forests you control and put it onto the battlefield.

This card looks pretty abuse-proof and not very exciting.

Thelemys
Mold Contamination XXGGG
Sorcery R
Destroy up to X target noncreature permanents. When a permanent is destroyed this way, it’s controller put a 2/2 green Fungus creature token with Haste onto the battlefield.
Ashes to ashes, nature to nature.

Sylvan Wish | G
Instant (Mythic Rare)

Choose a creature card you own from outside the game, reveal that card, and exile it. Add X mana of any one color to your mana pool where X is the exiled card's converted mana cost. Choose an opponent and put a token that's a copy of the creature exiled by Sylvan Wish onto the battlefield under their control.

This card seems like a new attempt to make Channel balanced. We (competitive players) know that this card is utterly broken. I'll pick Phage, the Untouchable and 'donate' it to my opponent. But that was explicitely accepted in the challenge. It has the Tinker-feel I was looking for

Total 9/10

saurgoth
Argothian Divination 1G

Sorcery [Rare]

Search your library for any number of green enchantment cards and reveal those cards. Shuffle your library, then put them on top of it in any order.

I'm just posting to ask you what you felt was incorrect in the wording of my submission. I always make sure my rules text is spotless, so was it something in the flavor text or the formatting?

I don't know exactly. Something in the wording feels wrong, I dont know what so you still got 1/2.

Why 0/1 for balance? Desert Twister + Beast Within is fair, isn't it?

Search your library for any number of green enchantment cards and reveal them. Shuffle your library, then put those cards on top of it in any order.

Fixed wording according to similar effects like Congregation at Dawn.

Yep, Ravnica is slightly more recent than Sixth Edition, which is the last time Goblin Recruiter was printed. I see Wizards changed their minds on the wording between those two sets.

Your wording works. It just sounds clunky. Happens, don't worry about it. Smile
