Create a card that would fit well into the Modern Mono Blue Tron Deck. Judging will be based on printability, originality and Mono Blue Tron synergy.

Example of a Mono U Tron Deck http://magic.tcgplayer.com/db/deck.asp?deck_id=1196064

Lost Argive ... 7U
Sorcery ........ Rare

Search your library for up to two artifact cards with combined converted mana cost 8 or less and put them onto the battlefield.

Overclock - (5)
Sorcery - rare
Reveal top three cards of your library. You may choose a colorless permanent card with converted mana cost 7 or higher and put that card onto the battlefield. Exile other cards revealed this way.

Quote:
Treasures from the Clouds 3U
Enchantment R
You may have Treasures from the Clouds enter the battlefield as a copy of any artifact that you reveal in your hand, except it's an Enchantment in addition to its other types and it gains “When this artifact becomes the target of a spell or ability, sacrifice it.”
You can see everything you want in the clouds.

Sorcery - Rare
Reveal cards from the top of your library until you reveal an artifact card. Exile all non-artifact cards revealed this way, then put the artifact card onto the battlefield.
