OK, Here is my judging. I originally planned to quote the cards, but the forum wouldn't let me (bugged?) so it will only be my judging.

CMA-Flippi:

I like the reference, although mechanically, I'm not sure what to make of it. Therefore, it's
5/10.

thelemys:

Again, you hit the reference very well. Mechanically, I found this card to be underwhelming, especially as a Legendary Creature. 7/10

Stucco:

Perfect example of what I was thinking of, I'm fine with the Unglued card too. The power level seems alright, which doesn't matter as much for an Unglued card.
9/10

pg8:

I'm glad someone made this card, but did it have to be so bad (mechanically) Very Happy
I get the reference though (what a surprise), therefore it's
6/10

Steveman:

I will also take this as an Unhinged card, and for that, it really made me smile. Very Happy
Love the reference and card itsself, gj.
9/10

pseudodespot:

You knew it anyway, good reference, bad card Very Happy

5/10

Mr_Weebles:

Not sure about the Artifact type, a picture would help I guess.
Mechanically, this seems overpowered Wink
6/10

ck3gds:

You spiced up flippi quite a lot, but I think it should be fine in powerlevel. Good job overall.

9/10

_Godica:

I love your idea, but don't really get the mechanical execution all that much.

6/10

warwizard87:

Perfect quote there, but I'm not sure about the power-level, it just seems too strong Wink

8/10

niknight:

It makes sense as a reference (it'a also one of the few that is "explained" in the name), but the mechanical is narrow. Seems fair in powerlevel.

7/10

UnBearAble:

Good reference, not sure why those mechanics were chosen though.

7/10

Mrrr:

Nice submission, made me smile.

8/10

ShamedShadow:

Like it Very Happy

8/10

Canabiest:

Awesome flavor, mediocre card.

7/10

iSperia:

I get the reference, it's just that the card itsself should have had some other ability to make it worthwhile.

7/10

So it's between Stucco, Steveman and ck3gds. Among the 3 cards, the one that felt the most appropriate to me was:

Clariax the Omnipotent
4UU
Legendary Creature - Human Advisor
(Mythic Rare)

When Clariax the Omnipotent enters the battlefield, search your library for a card named Humility and a card named Opalescence and put them onto the battlefield. Then shuffle your library.

Your opponent cannot call a judge.

You win the game if your opponent misinterprets the rules and you correct them (this is a card defining characteristic)

1/1

Therefore, our winner of CaC 235 is Steveman, congratulations! You may submit the next challenge, beginning now.

The card being mediocre was part of the point. Wink

Why was my card not treated as Un-card?

The vast majority of entries would never be printed in black border even under different name.
